I LOVED the whole experience...and you will too. From the moment I stepped inside it was aromatherapy at a high level Prices are reasonable...service is kind and thoughtful.. The oils will delight your senses and the compliments on how nice you smell just keep coming. Wide selection of incense will make you happy. I'll keep going for my smell good items. I'm going to try the soap next time.

I absolutely love this place. They don't rush you. I've smelled more fragrances, oils, and incense than you could imagine. Now when I go I already know what I'm going there for, but I always have a pleasant conversation with one of the owners. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they always have what I'm looking for. I highly recommend United Roots if your looking for fraganted oils, etc.

I have been purchasing fragrance oils, incense and body creams here for many years. There are hundreds of scents to choose from, and if they don't have what you want available, they will offer suggestions of similar products or order more to be purchased at a later date. She always gives tailored free samples with your purchase, so you can try something new without strings attached. High quality products at a great price (even better deals when you buy several things), and awesome customer service. Only downside is the limited parking (but it is downtown Bridgeport so...bring quarters for the meter or be prepared to park elsewhere and walk).

I went To purchase some fragrance oils because a friend recommended them and boy is this the perfect haven for all of those who indulge in the fragrance realm ! They have so many options to choose from and the options are infinite! The young lady there was so knowledgeable about the smells and I was Happy that I went ! 10/10 highly recommend

I love coming here. The customer service is always great.They know their scents & will help guide you, so if you are unsure but have a favorite scent, they’ll help you find something similar or better. I always get complimented when I am wearing one of the oils. I love their soaps as well. It’s worth the visit, if you are considering it.
